Feeling good about the community you live in can be just as important as selecting the right home. As local experts and Windermere agents, we can help you find a neighborhood that best suits your needs, from local restaurants and activities to school information and market trends. As Windermere agents giving back to our community is very important to us, see some of the ways that we help improve our local communities below.

Windermere Community Service Day

Windermere has always focused on three basic principles: hire the best people; give them the best tools; create thriving communities.  Community is important to us, and supporting events that enrich the neighborhoods where we live and work is one way we give back. Every year since 1984, Windermere offices close their doors for a day to help make a positive difference in our local communities. This year, all the Windermere offices city wide came together to help with cleaning and construction to restore the old Cassano's Italian Grocery building. The building will be the new Family Promise facility that will help low-income and homeless families in get back on their feet.

The Windermere Foundation

Every time a Windermere agent sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989. Each year, contributions from Windermere agents, combined with donations from Windermere employees and community members, have allowed the Windermere Foundation to support non-profit agencies dedicated to helping low-income and homeless families. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donates to the Windermere Foundation, and we feel privileged to be able to give back to the communities where we live, work and play.
